A bull camel loaded with 12cwt of wool.
An excellent shot of the Afghan's ingenuity in loading awkward shapes. The bore piping was 12ft long.
On saltbush-mulga country there was no other animal that thrived as well as the camel, with the exception of kangaroos and emus.
